We are seeking a care worker to help empower and serve our clients across Havering. You will be required to attend team meetings, engage with colleagues and report to both the Care Manager and Director.
To be successful within this role, you need to be a proactive and organised person who understands the CQC standards and principles.
It is essential that you are hands-on and willing to take on new challenges.
So, to summarise what we’re looking for:
- Up to one year’s experience as a care professional.
- Working towards or holding a Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care.
- Knowledge of CQC.

- 3 – 5 years adult social care experience.
- Level 5, above or equivalent care management qualification.
- Experience working across multiple care disciplines.
